South Georgia Film Festival accepting submissions

This year’s poster was produced by Asst Professor Talley Mulligan.
The South Georgia Film Festival will be held March 2, 3 & 4 on the campus of Valdosta State University.
Submissions are due by Dec. 15.
Early deadline is Nov. 1.
